Every product is individually handmade. Subtle variations in hue, pattern, and texture are inherent to our artisanal process, ensuring your equipment is a one-of-a-kind bespoke piece.
Production Lead Times
Standard production is 10-14 Days. This window allows for precise molding, finishing, and quality control. Lead times cover production only and exclude shipping duration.
Custom Order Precision
Clients must provide exact specifications including firearm make/gen, hand orientation, carry style, and integrated lights/optics. Review all data carefully; modifications are restricted once fabrication begins.
Safety & Fitment
Perform a safety inspection with an unloaded weapon before use. Discontinue use immediately if the holster shows signs of damage, improper fit, or compromised retention.
Exchange Policy
Because each piece of gear is custom-made, we can only accept returns if there’s a clear manufacturing defect. If you ever have a question or concern about your order, please email us and we’ll review it with you and work toward a fair solution.
